Hawaiian Sunrises

I spent the last week staying with my friend, Tara, in Kanehohe Bay on Ohau, Hawaii. Her house is simply beautiful; it has a huge back porch (complete with a hammock) that sits right on the water. I felt like I was living in a dream the whole time I was there.

On the second morning of my visit I just so happened to wake up right at sunrise. When I looked out of my bedroom window I was awestruck by the bright pinks and golds that illuminated the sky. Back home I never make the effort to wake up for sunrises (I'm a fan of sleeping in) so I decided to make the most of the beautiful environment I was staying in and wake up to see a few more. They were all definitely worth it.
